Dead Week

Never before have I encountered a college idiom that is as accurate as dead week. Dead week or finals week is truly the grayest moment in the semester. Live has quickly left my campus, the only signs of life can be found in the Starbucks on campus or the Einstein Brother’s Bagels; where this life is being stabilized by a steady flow of caffeine. To couple the bleak and dyeing atmosphere, created by the tired students sluggishly dragging themselves around, is rain and cold. it has been sprinkling and maintaining a right above freezing temperature since dead week started. To all future college students prepare yourself, for your classes the weather and the student body to create a amazingly gloomy scenario.

The Rain and Cold

Hi Loki here i just wanted to express my dislike for the weather that has plagued my college for the past couple days.

It has been raining for 3 days on my college campus, and it has been just a few degrees above freezing. This is the gloomiest weather of all time, not cold enough to snow but cold enough to make walking between classes very miserable. Every day I just hope the weather drops enough to start snowing again. Walking in the snow in 10 degree weather is much nicer than walking through 34 degree weather while it rains nonstop. Unless for some reason you like walking through the rain in 34 degree weather. Does any one else have weather that sucks this much on there campus or hometown? love to hear your story in the comments.

Side note: It is a good day to listen to Rainy days and mondays
